This rental property is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo that accommodates up to 7 guests. Conveniently located near Citgo, Valero, and Anderson Oil, it’s just a 10-minute drive to downtown, 20 minutes to North Beach, and 13 minutes from the airport. Important Note:

1. We warmly welcome pets! Please disclose all pets and pay a $75 pet fee with your reservation. We allow a maximum of 2 pets. For large dogs over 45 lbs, please message us for approval before booking. Aggressive dog breeds are not permitted.

2. Pool/Spa Hours: Open daily from 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Please note, they may close unexpectedly for maintenance or chemical rebalancing.

3. We are located in a tropical area, so bugs and insects are common. To help prevent them from getting inside, we kindly ask guests to keep doors and windows closed and to avoid leaving any food out, especially outdoors.
