This spectacular 3 bedroom, 2 bath townhouse is off the charts! A must see to believe, all new, upscale furnishings and décor, stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, HD/Smart TVs in every room, king master suite, queen bedroom, twin bedroom with 2 twin beds and a queen sleeper sofa in the living area - sleeps 8 comfortably.

As you walk in you will be welcomed by an open floor plan with lots of natural light. The kitchen, dining and living area are directly in front of you with the king master suite, bathroom and full size washer/dryer on the ground floor. The kitchen features granite countertops, all new stainless steel appliances - to include a dishwasher and top of the line pots, pans, cookware and small appliances. The living area features a large sofa which converts into a queen sized sleeper and a comfy accent chair. There is a 55” HD/Smart TV with cable, Blu-ray DVD in the living area and secure Wi-Fi throughout.

Upstairs you will find a queen bedroom and a twin bedroom with two twin beds, both complete with HD/Smart TV/cable/Blu-ray DVDs. There is a large shared bathroom upstairs between the two bedrooms complete with a shower/tub combo.

We provide alarm clocks, linens, blow dryers and a fully equipped laundry room with a washer, dryer, ironing board & iron, as well as complimentary shampoos and soaps. This unit has a small fenced patio area with a table & chairs and BBQ grill.

Nemo Cay is one of the newest and most centrally located resort communities on North Padre Island and includes a resort style pool, separate kiddie pool, playground, picnic and BBQ area, but our unit has it's own grill for your convenience. During the winter, the swimming pool is heated so guests can swim comfortably year around! The resort is located a mile from the beach and has a gate near the pool that is just steps from Surfside Sandwich Shoppe and Rock & Rolls Sushi Lounge. It is super convenient to shopping, restaurants, bars and local museums and galleries and is just 18 minutes from the town of Port Aransas and the Newport Dunes golf course.

If you have several families coming, or larger groups ask about our
2 bedroom sister unit available right next-door (#607521)! Or check out our 2 bedroom TH at Village by the Beach (#465887). We also welcome Snowbirds looking to get away to somewhere warm and wonderful in the winter and support our military with a military discount.

Great House

The house was very spacious compared to most beach condos and very clean. It was a short drive to the beach and conveniently located to a few walkable restaurants. The communication with the hosts was excellent and we will definitely stay here again.

Nice last minute stay!

We booked this property for a quick weekend getaway. The check-in process was simple and the property was clean. The only snag was that the pullout bed had an air mattress feature and it wouldn’t stay inflated, otherwise nice stay.

Excellent condo community

A lovely home with beautiful decor. The community pool and playground was perfect for the children, including the heated pool we used in winter. The beds were comfortable. The house was listed as providing shampoo and soap. The upstairs bathroom was missing both. Several dust bunnies were on the floor in the master bedroom but other than that we we found the home clean. We would definitely come here again.

Birthday getaway

Great little property. Perfect for parents and older kids. Older kids took upstairs area and parent quarters downstairs. Patio furniture was nice touch. Convenience to beach location is great. Designated parking spots were taken. But that is nothing the property owner has control over. Just other people not following courtesy. Would book again. Host was easy to communicate with. Property was clean and exactly like the pictures.

Corpus getaway

We were in town for a celebration. Unfortunately it was a short stay and we were unable to take advantage of being so close to the beach but the condo is a short drive to multiple beaches. Only downside is that there is currently construction on the road leading to the condo but I had no issues with the owners. Condo was nice and clean and spacious.

Gulf getaway

The location wasn’t as I had hoped, but not being familiar with the area this was part my fault. I had hoped we could walk out and maybe go a block to the beach. Also, it wasn’t very up to date. Old pillows, lumpy beds. We have been used to being greeted with welcome basket, 5 star accommodations, a list of places to go, etc. lamps didn’t work, t.vs needed to be rebooted, we needed more supplies,etc. The pool didn’t look like the pictures either, and the playground was pitiful. This was a well used unit and it showed. Wasn’t worth the money spent.

Great stay

We had a great time. The location is great, like 2 minutes from white cap beach. I like corpus because you can drive onto the beach so it isn’t a problem bringing all of your stuff like coolers and what not. The place is perfect for a family. Big living room and a decent sized kitchen. A plus for us was being like 10 minutes from HEB since we cooked at the house. There was a pretty cool put put golf coarse near by although I wouldn’t suggest it if your kids are older than 12 or so but our 3 loved it. We couldn’t figure out the lock on the front door ( I’m dumb ) and the host immediately responded to our messages. The pool in the community is really nice as well plus a play ground. Check in and out was super easy. Any time we go back to corpus we will definitely be booking here again.

Family Vacation

Nice, spacious rental and the property manager was very responsive to any issues or questions I had. The kitchen was well stocked- items you might need that weren't there were- foil, cooking spray and extra paper towels. Plenty of extra toilet paper, dishwasher and washing pods, and pool/beach towels. I would also bring ziploc bags for any food you might leave out. Short drive to the beach and reataurants. Good location and would stay again. One thing to note-Sofa sleeper is a blow up style that deflates back down within about 15 minutes and has to keep being blown up so important to know if you plan on using it. One thing
