SURF202 Our stay was during the off season so access and parking was never a problem. The photos of the condo were accurate, but the condition of the property as a whole was a bit dated and needed some attention. Location was great with access to the beach on foot and by car was both very convenient. The space in the condo as well as it furnishing were well appointed. The bathroom was on the small side but still very nice and clean. The galley kitchen was stocked with everything you needed to cook and reheat meals but the cabinets were a bit dated. You can tell there were upgrades made with granite counters, new dishwasher, Keurig single and drip pot coffee maker. The water pressure at the kitchen sink could have been a bit stronger. The bedrooms were clean with enough plugs and extra pillows but the master bedroom fan and light did not work independently from each other. There was a floor fan provided which helped with extra circulation in the master but the guest bedroom got a little warm at times. Also, each bedroom had its own tv. The living room was inviting and the couches turned into futons to allow for 6 people to sleep comfortably in the condo. The ceiling fan light did not work and the ac unit took a bit to cool down the space. The first night of our stay included a rain shower in the middle of the night in which the property lost power. This is not the fault of the property host but still a concern.
