D&R Pelican Bay Resort is nestled beneath enchanting oak trees and bay side to the beautiful Aransas Bay, this coastal cottage resort provides a peaceful environment for all our guest. Whether you're looking for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, holiday festivities, or relaxing break from the world, Pelican Bay is the place to visit. With access to a private pier, pool, hot tub, club house, playground, and abundance of outdoor Grills each of our guest can guarantee a remarkable experience. The Villa is a 5,000 square ft house featuring a private pool and observation deck overlooking the Pelican Bay Resort pier and beautiful Aransas Bay. It has four bedrooms, four bathrooms, a full size kitchen, breakfast nook, formal dining room, comfortable living area, game room with pool table, wet bar, and enclosed private courtyard. (Sleeps max 14)
