Welcome to the one of the newest townhome community on North Padre Island. Pull right in front to unload and access your rental with a unique lock code we give only to you. This extremely spacious 1 bedroom, 1 bath, sleeps 6 comfortable and has all the comforts of home. The master bedroom comes with a king bed and flat screen tv. Kids can enjoy their own space in the new twin size bunk beds. The living room has a leather couch and a flat screen Smart TV with Cable and other streaming apps. We also have free WiFi. Sleep two comfortably on a queen sleeper sofa. The kitchen has every small appliance you could need along with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops. There is also a washer and dryer for all your laundry needs.

Ready for the beach? Village by the Beach is just that; 1 block from the beach! Grab your beach towels, sunscreen and walk to the beach to enjoy a day in the sun. The island offers horseback riding, Bob Hall Pier and great shops and restaurants in the area. More of a pool person? Village by the Beach is your place once again! Our complex offers a sweet resort style pool for your enjoyment. Pull up a chair to relax, throw down some burgers on the grill and enjoy this amazing pool with family and friends. It's also heated for winter Texans. Need something else to do?

Fantastic property for the family

This is a great property for a family! My kiddos and I really enjoyed the condo, it was just as described and clean, the pool was great, and it’s all very close to the beach. The owner is wonderful and very good about communicating. Highly recommend!

Kid's first trip to the ocean

Great property within walking distance to the beach. Kids loved the pool. Property was everything that we needed and the ability to do some laundry during our stay was a nice convenience! Would reccomend to others.

Perfect Weekend Getaway

The place was in a perfect location and tastefully decorated. The property is family friendly. The host was responsive when we arrived at the wrong location. Google maps is confusing bc the place is still new. It was also very clean and no mold/ mildew smells. We would definitely return.

Wonderful stay

My family had a great time staying here, the property itself is great because of the pool amenities & proximity to the beach. And this specific condo was extremely comfortable, beautifully decorated and very clean. We appreciated the comfy bed. Owner was kind and responsive. Only minor feedback would be that the bathroom was pretty dark, multiple light bulbs (3 of 5) were out. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Excellent Spot!

This place was excellent! The home was thoughtfully arranged to make maximum use of the space. We loved the proximity to the beach and the heated pool (which was nice to use in December). The neighbors were chatty and friendly. We were only in for a quick, last-minute stay when vacation plans changed, but we would definitely consider a longer stay in the future!

Great family get-away!

We loved our time spent here on North Padre Island! So much to do in Corpus Christi & Port Aransas, just about 18-20 miles away each! We loved the pool area and the beach was so fun! Who knew you could drive on the beach?! Just be sure to get a beach permit! No one in our family wants to go home to the snow! We had an AMAZING eight days here! Thank you!

The best!

Kim has really thought through anything we might need to make our stay comfortable and convenient!! A binder to explain everything, restaurant reviews, beach supplies, bath accessories. Seriously, you name it, it was there! We had some issues with our access code ( out of her control) however, she was so quick to respond and resolve this issue. Hands down the best place we have stayed and completely worth time and cost! We will be back!

Amazing family getaway!

Our first time to Corpus with our family and it was the perfect size for us. Our kids loved the bunk bed and the layout is perfect if you have little ones. We had a question for Kim and she responded right away. The 5 minute walk to the beach was nice but definitely recommend a wagon if you have kiddos. The 2 pools are a big plus too! My 7 year old and I went horse back riding on the beach 10 minutes down the road and it was amazing! Can’t wait to go back!

Spacious Condo

We really enjoyed the space in this one bedroom condo. It was much bigger than we were expected which was a nice surprise. Location was great. Wasn't quite close enough to walk to in the 100° heat, but it was a quick 2 minute drive. We enjoyed renting a golf cart to get us around and that was fun. My only complaint was that the splashpad near the playground was inoperable the entire stay. That was very disappointing as that was one of the main reasons we booked with this company. .
