Cute and comfortable condo. One bedroom condo that sleeps four. Queen bed in the bedroom and a queen sleep sofa bed in the living room.

Great location and lots of amenities. Fishing pond, clubhouse, pool with hot tub, gazebo, outdoor BBQ grill, 24 hour workout room and business center all within a few steps of the condo.

Laminate flooring, fully furnished with a 39" flat screen TV in the living room and bedroom. Ready for your long-term winter get-away, vacation or weekend of relaxing or fun.

There is a view of the canal from the balcony.

Rate includes electric, water, sewer, cable TV, and WI-FI. There are no lodging taxes for rentals of 30 days or longer.

Includes all bed and bath linens, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, small appliances such as, toaster, coffee pot, mixer, blender and hairdryer. There is a dishwasher, washer and dryer in the unit.

Close to shopping, grocery, gas stations, and restaurants in addition to movies, shopping and restaurants in Corpus Christi across the bridge.

Nice Relaxing Get Away!

A+ Weekend Getaway

This condo was exceptionally clean and the location is great! Only a minutes walk to the beach and another beach just a minute down the road. The area is not too touristy and offers a few nice local eateries to choose from. Would definitely stay here again!

Cozy weekend stay

This is an excellent property to stay at, it was decorated nicely and fully furnished. My husband, myself, and a friend stayed here for a weekend trip with other friends who stayed at the condos. It was clean and easily accessible. I would definitely stay here again. Our host was thoughtful and fully explained everything for checking in and checking out.

Great Location

This condo is located about a five minute walk from the beach in a very quiet condo complex. The condo is well equipped, clean and comfortable. Will look forward to returning.

The condo was perfect for our needs, just the right amount of space for two people and a pug. It is a short walk to the beach and close to restaurants in Port Aransas. The check-in process was easy. We truly enjoyed this rental and wished we could have stayed longer.

Well kept condos. Property had heated pool and hot tub. Unit was clean and had everything there we needed. Fully stocked kitchen with grocery store close by. Bed was comfortable along with soft sheets.

Great location!

This rental has a great location! It’s easy to walk to a permit only for parking beach (you will need a cart or wagon if you’re taking umbrellas, chairs, etc) or drive a little way to a free beach. The unit is well-equipped and the bed was comfortable. We easily went everywhere in the area from here. It is very quiet for the most part. We could hear conversations from adjacent units but that stopped at reasonable times. The pool and hot tub are really nice. I would rent it again!

Weekend Fishing Trip

The property was exactly as described. We had an unfortunate A/C outage, but the manager/owner was very responsive and took care of the problem as quickly as they could and even gave us a credit for the inconvenience. Overall, we had a great stay and enjoyed this area of Padre Island/Port A/Corpus Christi.

Much deserved weekend

We usually stay at Hotels/Motels, this was our first time using Vrbo. Great instructions from Tommie, had no issues getting in, or leaving. Great condo, clean and very comfortable. The only issue was the gigantic bed, I am a short girl getting up on that bed was an issue, after laughing about it I was able to get on the bed and sleep. Next time I will bring me a step stool!

Clean. Bright. Welcoming! Condo was cute & cozy!! We loved being close to the beach! And having a pool at the condo! Thank goodness we found the step stool bc we are short & couldn’t get on the bed without it. Didn’t realize we were on the 2nd floor until we got there. That needs to be mentioned & that the stairs are steep. Thx for a relaxing weekend!

Perfect Stay

The host was so accommodating and put my needs front and center! Thank you, Tommie! The condo was exactly as advertised, and even better. Parking was so convenient to the condo. This place is 2 min from the beautiful beach! If you need to shop, The Island Market is 3 mins away and has everything you need. Really nice grocery store and nice folks as well. Get your beach parking permit at Valero at the corner! Holy Cow what can I say! I loved this property, and I will be back! You will too! Thank you again Tommie!

Close to the Beach

We came for a few days to visit the beach with our corgis and to visit the sights around Corpus. This place was perfect for our needs. It was only about a 6-7 min walk to Whitecap Beach, which is super dog friendly. The inside of the condo is older but clean. We didn’t cook, but the kitchen had cabinets filled with plateware, utensils and some appliances. The washer and dryer are a great convenience to have. The dirt devil vacuum stick was helpful to keep any tracked-in off the floor during our stay. The owner was quick to send over all the check in and check out info. We didn’t have any issues during our stay.
