Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy

The property is located in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic but not to far from the main activities. The house is small like a duplex, but has all the necessities. If you plan on fishing they do not want you to put fish or bait in freezer so plan accordingly. We enjoyed the deck. The house was very clean. I would recommend to anyone who needs a quiet get away.

Fishing

I took a dear friend that is an RN at St. David's in Austin. She works way too many hours and never takes off except to sleep. I looked for the perfect place for her to fish. She has been salt water fishing since she was 8 years old with her dad. This place was perfect. 20 feet from the house to the decks and the dock. Sunsets and sunrises were magnificent. She pulled three fish out of the water in the first 20 minutes. Being a nurse...she throws them back. Well she caught over 20 fish in the first whole day.. We would sit out at night and listen to the fish jumping in the water and watch the sun set. When we left she said that was the best time she had in years. Fished...ate seafood and slept. She wants to go back.
