The hotel was poorly maintained and dirty throughout. The air conditioning did not work despite the heat, making our stay extremely uncomfortable. We were told to open the windows, but there were no mosquito screens. Several mosquitoes came in within minutes, leaving us with bites and spending our time trying to kill them. A very disappointing stay.

Even having arrived very early our room was immediately available. All staff were very helpful.
Our room was immaculately clean. The breakfast staff were outstanding very friendly and very hospitable.
The highlight though was the spa facility - out of this world.
Highly recommend The Moon Boutique.

"Had a great long weekend at the Bolenga hotel. Location was great for sightseeing. Room had everything you required with a variety of free toiletries, free water in the mini bar and free slippers to use in the room. "Nothing. Bed was like sleeping on a block of cement. No way to boil water for tea. AC is controlled by front desk I froze, tried to call front desk but internal phone did not work so no room service. No transport to airport only cab. Hotel is isolated. Never Again. Staff were pleasant"
