"Our beds were always kept tidy by cleaning lady. All towels changed every day. Free breakfast was a perk but could use different items in the menu. Free wi-fi and parking are also good! Close to shops, restaurants and grocery store.
If I may suggest, they should change the lamps with USB outlets intact in them."

"Our stay at this hotel was not satisfactory. We found three live insects in the room—a spider, a beetle, and a small white insect. The baseboards and walls were dirty, and parts of the wood flooring were damaged. The area below the AC unit was exposed and appeared unclean. One of the beds had bread with mold underneath the mattress. Additionally, two of our towels were taken by staff without explanation. The room also had a strong moldy smell."

"I did not stay at Super 8. I was informed a double queen, non-smoking room I reserved well in advance was not available as the people who where in it choose to stay, therefore making my/a room unavailable. I was offered a king room and I said that was not possible, since specifying a double queen was needed. As I booked through Expedia, obtaining a refund from hotel was almost impossible as it was listed as non-refundable. I informed Expedia the situation about informing the hotel of being unable to take the king and they had not kept my reserved room or a similiar room, it not being my error. I was informed the issue was resolved so I hope to see the refund in my account.
