The desk clerk was very good. She switched us to a ground floor room without us asking, bc the elevator was out of service. She was helped by answering our questions re nearby dining and fast food. The room was clean but the housekeeper left the tp wrapper out and a little unused paper in the toilet. Tacky. One negative was having the coffeemaker in the bathroom. I recommend moving it to the desk. It is okay to get the water from the bathroom but ugh to make the coffee in there.
