We loved waking up to magnificent views over the Tuscany hillsides every morning. The property is remote - but that’s what we wanted. A train into Florence is only a five minute drive away. "Unfortunately we had a really unpleasant experience in such a beautiful place. We lived in an apartment right above the party room of the restaurant. We spent there three nights of which two were wrecked by the loud celebration (music and shouting) of parties having fun until abt 2 am (the first night) and until abt 1 am (the second night). After the first night we complained about this and a free dinner was offered to us. This was a quite nice gesture which we were happy for. When asking whether there will be a similar situation with our remaining nights, we were informed that there was going to be people also on the second night but that there would be much fewer of them and that the music would be on the background until 11:30 pm. Unfortunately this was not the case and we had to stay awake on the second night also until abt 1 am. Luckily on the third night the restaurant was closed and we finally managed to sleep one night in peace. All this left a bad taste for this visit and as such we wouldn't dare to recommend the place... so if you are planning to visit this place, make sure that you would not take the 3-room apartment in the 1st floor closest to the parking lot before you make sure that there will not be any parties below that apartment during your stay. "
