The host was very helpful and I really enjoyed the comfort of the room in whole, especially the bed. The room was very clean and I noticed that they were busy painting other rooms and making some upgrades to the property.

They were painting outside our room and covered the windows and air conditioner. Had to remove cover from air conditioner to cool the room. Had to walk through plaster on the steps to get to our room. Breakfast consisted of toast and coffee. No one at front desk most of the time.

Clean, comfortable room. Great front desk service. They are remodeling areas of the facility currently. Looks like the upgrade should be fully completed soon.

We had to switch rooms because one of the outside windows (this is a motel) could not lock because the lock was broken. The next room had a very dirty looking bath mat although when I sanitized it no dirt came up. They are renovating the property so things should be better soon. The cleaning people did as good a job as they could do.

Hot water was sporadic. Construction was going on in rooms next to us so it was quite noisy and drywall dust everywhere.

Requested ground floor with ADA accommodations and was sent up stairs. Stairs and carpet were dirty from evident construction. The room carpet was pretty stained. Won't be staying here. Next time through.

Stained carpets and bathroom facilities that did not work. We tried two rooms both were just too dirty. Both had a new toilet in a box in the bathroom next to the installed toilet.

It was a nice stay, the front desk people were friendly and accommodating. The bathroom was a little run down and the parking lot was cluttered with trash and shopping carts…. Not sure why. Didn’t spend much time in the room. The beds we’re comfortable though ☺️

This place is disgusting. Myself and the other guests don’t feel safe walking around without shoes on, and the sheets and towels have stains. There is no elevator to the second floor, and there are random unopened boxes and crates in our room. The floor is caked in grime and dirt.

We were not able to check in to the hotel because of the bad management and rude front desk person. The man at the front desk was the rudest person I have ever encountered in the my past forty years of staying in hotels. The hotel cancelled breakfast and did not offer any compensation for this. The facilities were not those pictured and describe on the Expedia page. It was in much worse shape and the amenities were much more limited than described. The hotel's page amounts to fail advertising which is far below the Expedia standard. The man working the front desk cussed me out multiple times when I complained about the situation. Finally, he did cancel my two reservations. I hope Expedia will refund my money. The man working the front desk should be fired immediately and this hotel should be removed from Expedia.

It was a good place to split up my 14 hour drive. Unfortunately, there was some drunk or stoned dude in the parking lot causing an argument with one of the other patrons, so it was difficult to stay asleep. It’s not a fault of the motel, just one of the negatives of staying in a motel. Hopefully your stay doesn’t have an idiot roaming around the parking lot mumbling at the top of their voice.

Check Room First
Check your assigned room first. The following did not work in the room I was assigned: the light switch by the entrance door did not turn on any light; the towel rack by the sink was broken off and laying on the safe (see pictures); the clock radio by the bed was not plugged in; the toilet leaked water from the tank; the bathtub faucet dripped water; and the bathtub drain was not clean. I strongly suggest you check the condition of room you are being offered before you check in, so maybe you will eventually get one that is properly set up for customers.
