The holiday apartments are nestled in the typical Tuscan countryside, just 3 km from Cortona, and offer a swimming pool, park, green spaces, and a golf driving range—ideal for small groups or families who wish to stay near Cortona without sacrificing the comforts of self-catering accommodation.



The property features a large 16 x 8-meter swimming pool for the exclusive use of guests, who can enjoy the unmistakable silhouette of Cortona rising high on the hill, with its bell towers and imposing walls of Etruscan origin. The town can be reached by car or on foot via the trails of the archaeological park, which begin just a few hundred metres from the farmhouse.



The ten apartments, located on the ground floor or spread over two floors, can accommodate between 2 and 8 people per apartment.



8-person apartment:

consisting of two bedrooms with double beds and two bedrooms with two single beds each, two bathrooms with showers, two living/dining rooms, and two fully equipped kitchenettes.



Three-room apartment for 4 guests:
