This 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is located on the ground floor of a historic building just off the main pedestrian street in the city centre. It can accommodate up to 4 adults, but also features an additional sitting area with a sofa bed that’s perfect for children.

Upon entering, on the right, there’s a small laundry area where you’ll find the washing machine, as well as a door leading out onto a unique terrace offering a wonderful view of Piazza Garibaldi and the Chiana Valley. This is the perfect spot to sit and enjoy your morning coffee or an evening aperitif! You can also access this same terrace from the fully equipped kitchen and living room area, which together form a large, spacious, and well-lit room with a fabulous open layout. There are two double bedrooms and two bathrooms (separate from the bedrooms) with showers.
