In winter, the house takes on an especially cosy atmosphere, perfect for returning after a walk through the countryside and enjoying the comfort of the fireplace.

Casa do Javali is one of the three houses at Monte do Areeiro — Perdiz, Coelho and Javali — set within a rural estate where peace, nature and the surrounding landscape are all part of the experience.

When you wake up, the countryside is right on your doorstep: the quiet of the estate, the sound of the birds, the horses and the other animals create a genuinely rural atmosphere, ideal for anyone looking to switch off from everyday life.

The house has two bedrooms: one suite with two single beds and a second bedroom, also with two single beds. The comfortable and welcoming living room features a fireplace and a double sofa bed, making the house well suited to stays with family or friends.

An extra bed can also be provided upon request, allowing the house to accommodate up to 7 guests.

Outside, the terrace overlooking the fields invites you to enjoy the landscape from the very start of the day. It is the perfect place to have breakfast outdoors, relax during the afternoon or simply sit back and enjoy the peace and quiet of the estate.

During the warmer months, the swimming pool, surrounded by the rural landscape, becomes one of the favourite places to gather, whether for a swim, to relax in the sun or to enjoy the long late afternoons.

In autumn and winter, the pace becomes more relaxed. The days invite you to explore the estate and reconnect with nature, while the evenings become especially cosy beside the fireplace at Casa do Javali.
