The room was comfortable. The staff who checked us in was absolutely amazing! She was helpful and very friendly. The breakfast was good although they did not have as many options it was all freshly made and good quality. Definitely will stay here if in the area.

Definitely was worth it. I’m always happy to pay a bit more for someplace that I’m not going to bring home bedbugs or have to deal with tweakers in the building or parking lot. Room was really clean, property was clean, I felt safe there, staff were super friendly and helpful and breakfast had a lot of good options. The only choice for me when I have to stay in Albany.

Clean and pretty lobby. Doors were locked when we came to check in late which made the place feel safe and secure. Staff was attentive and kind. The room was decent. A smart tv so we could log into our streaming services would have been nice because we didn’t bring our fire stick. The breakfast could have been better. The vegetarian options for savory protein were limited and the toaster was not working well. However, the staff serving breakfast was very kind and deserves a shoutout for taking care of us on Christmas.
