Went arrived on a friday.Person at counter when checking in was not very friend,no smile what so ever. We get to our room and first thing we see is a big stain on the throw pillow on the bed and big stain on the bed spread. Sink stopper broken and laying in sink. We were there for my sons wedding on Saturday which was going to be late when we were done so we rented the room for Saturday as well. So distraught on condition of room we decided to make the 2 hour drive at midnight to go home and lose our payment for the second night. We will be staying with baymont again

It is important to note that for a double room, you cannot put a rollaway bed in the room so they can only sleep four and not five. Expedia needs to update their information.

We booked this hotel for a basketball tournament in Louisville, KY. When entering our room, first noticed the smoke detector hanging by its wires from the ceiling. The A/C unit was dirty and dusty. Also noticed a few bugs along the window on the inside. Immediately called the front desk to move rooms but because of the tournament all other rooms were booked. We were informed by front desk work that they could refund the amount of 1 night fee of our stay for the inconvenience. It has been 3 days since we checked out and no refund. When contacting the hotel we were told there is no note on our account. This is extremely disappointing and will not stay again at any Baymont location.

The interior was dated from the lobby to the rooms. The staff at night was nice but smelled. During the day I felt like I was being watched. The rooms are beyond dated and the toiletries are so tiny.

Very run down. Lobby was dirty. The couch in the lobby was old and stained. We would have canceled, but no other hotels in the area had any vacancies. Derby weekend. The room seemed cleaned. The towel rack was missing in the bathroom, but one of the brackets was still on the wall. Only one outlet by the beds. Not much hot water for showers.

This place is really outdated and the room was dirty. The hallways smelled smoky. The room didn’t smell quite as smoky mainly because it did have hard surface floors but it still messed up my sinuses. Bathroom was surprisingly clean but everything else was dusty. Shampoo and lotions on the countertop had been used and the ice bucket was filthy. I would try the Hampton Inn next door instead. Total bill was $274 and not worth $74. Ridiculous.

I needed a quick off the highway hotel with the ability to cancel last minute. This hotel fit the bill. Clean and as quiet as a highway hotel can be. Breakfast could be better. Only fruit were bananas. No yogurt. At least coffee was hot and plentiful.

Wish they had suite on main floor. It was hard running two dogs down from 3rd floor. We loved that it was pet friendly and disliked that breakfast ended at 9:00. Break should go until 9:30.

The property was dirty. The outside was full of garbage and débris, the carpet in the room has red stains all over and spider webs in the corners of the room and bathroom. The free breakfast was nasty. Cheap sausage patties the dog won’t eat. The only thing I liked about this place was they allowed pets and had pretty good coffee. I have pictures of the trash around the building and the bird crap all over the place running down the wall under the Baymont sign.

Baymont is a choice to stay due to staff, cleanliness and overall appeal. I was disappointed this time. There was something on the foot blanket, gross and the bathtub stopper in 227 did not work. However, that shower head and pressure deserves a 10 on its own...lol

I’m ok with basic hotels, especially when it is just a quick overnight stay. This was old, rundown, Ave poorly maintained. Carpet and paint peeling in the room, filthy carpet in the corners, Rusty fixtures in bathroom. We were a little worried about bedbugs, but didn’t see any evidence.

Nice room. Clean. An awsome shower!!! "Free" breakfast was the only negative in my stay. Biscuits (aka hocky pucks) were so stale and dried the gravy couldn't soften them up.

This property, at least the room we had, needs a remodel. Carpets were very soiled, missing towel rods, stains on linens, etc. Looked more like a gut job and start over. Check-in/check-out service was the highlight of the stay.
