"The hotel is very well maintained and our room was lovely - clean, spacious and comfortable with good air conditioning. The staff were welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was very nice. We did choose to have dinner in the restaurant which was excellent. I need a gluten free menu and the staff were extremely accommodating and didn’t need to be reminded at all despite the restaurant becoming very busy (also a very good sign) and still remembered to point out the dishes I could safely have from the dessert menu. I have to say that the tiramisu was the best I’ve ever tasted! We loved our stay here, strongly recommended"

"AMAZING! Beautiful location. Tuscany rolling hill views! If you are traveling with lots of luggage and/or toddlers, it's easier to take a taxi from Santa Maria Florence train station. There was an issue with WiFi that no one could figure out, google apps such as gmail, YouTube wouldn't work normally on my iPhone, it would only work through safari app. Will definitely come back next time we visit Italy."

"The apartment was great for my family of 6: 3 bedrooms with double beds and a sofa bed. The location outside Empoli was good for visiting Florence, Siena and the surrounding Tuscan countryside. Meanwhile the family really enjoyed the pool (where the views are amazing).Carmencita and her family were excellent hosts, who couldn’t do enough for us: incredibly friendly (and spoke fluent English!).You can eat at the villa if you wish and the menu is both extensive and mouthwatering. With young teenagers who were far keener on pizza than traditional Tuscan cooking we didn’t partake, but I have no reason to believe it wouldn’t be of a high standard given the general experience."

"This was a great stay. The 3 bedroom apartment was big and almost all rooms have airco. There is a terrace downstairs that you can use. Almost everything you need is there, sometimes we missed some forks or glasses, but cleaning is always an option. The pool is big, and the environment is quiet. No complaints here!"

"The hotel is beautiful. Well apointed. Super fashionable. High end. Clean. Fantastic jacuzzi & amenities. Fun artful merchandise for sale. Bought some great gifts for the family. Our host Antonio was the perfect gentleman. Friendly & helpful. Great restaurant with view of the city or eat in the piazza. Highly recommend. We will be back next summer."
