"We spent 2 rainy days here. We had a few other things to do around Varese, but back at the resort, the spa was very welcoming. There weren't too many people, so we basically had the indoor pool to ourselves. There was also a nice Turkish bath, sauna, jacuzzi, etc, so we had plenty to do. I had a beautiful massage the second day. One negative thing, it was between seasons and the heat was still on, so the room was warm. We asked the front desk to turn off the fan and we left the balcony door open and we slept fine. Unfortunately, I didn't get to try the restaurant for dinner or lunch, but the menu looked amazing. We will definitely return when in the area. "

"Great stay and great staff. Rooms were a bit noisy as you can hear sounds from the hallway and other adjacent rooms. Besides that, only complaint is they didn’t have a “Do Not Disturb” sign in the room and housekeeping ended up walking in on me while I was asleep, they do start cleaning quite early. Room looked like pictures and hotel was unique. If you’re a younger traveler, the hotel caters more to an older crowd but the experience was still wonderful. "

"I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The staff actually came out to our car to greet us and took our luggage directly to the room. We were welcomed very warmly. The staff all spoke perfect English, which I certainly don't expect when I travel abroad but it makes the stay much easier. We had a wonderful dinner and their restaurant that night and the second night we ate at a restaurant day recommended it was also excellent. We didn't lift a finger. The staff arranged for us to take a boat out on the lake, answered all of our questions, they really went above and beyond. We're going back next year and staying in the same hotel. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give them an 11!"
