"Clean rooms, friendly staff, well-located. Some of the plumbing is a bit loud, and the rooms could do with some extra sound-proofing, but otherwise no complaints."

"Outstanding location. The property is spotless, clean and well maintained. Breakfast buffet is also great. Pools are also spotless. All personnel is helpful and attentive. Only thing for us was that it did not have children’s activity and we traveled with an 11 year old. We were told this is the first time in the last 3-4 years they did not have it in the summer. Place is highly recommend in our view"

"What a beautiful hotel in a fabulous location! Elegant and beautifully maintained, wonderful staff and excellent cafe/restaurant. Immaculately clean and well appointed rooms. Rooftop terrace with fabulous views over Cadiz that would benefit from some extra lighting on tables on an evening. Overall an excellent experience and we wouldn’t hesitate to book again in future"

"Room service is extremely slow, even for reheating food. No freezer just a fridge. Have to call to request ice. Takes forever. The property is really nice though."

"Really great accommodation 15 minute walk to the train station if you are travelling around Spain. In a nice plaza with great restaurants and amenities. The plaza bar next door has the most wonderful waiter if you don’t buy the breakfast. Hotel staff were super helpful and friendly. If you want to go to the beach you can leave 10 euros at the front desk and return the town for your money back. So you don’t have to carry towels and things with you."
