Room was great. BUT We were placed on the first floor which has the balcony right along the littered road with quite limited view. No option for an alternate room. Pool lovely. Not overcrowded but deep. No real shallow end. “Parking” was free 15 minute walk downhill. We were on a wait list for paid parking close to hotel for the full week. Never got any.

The place, staff, rooms were perfect. The hotel is closed to the best beaches.

Staff are great, facilities wonderful and the whole experience is always great.

Hotel is obsessed with charging for everything and in many cases things that ought to be complimentary. Dish washing liquid and cloth €4.5; one coffee pod €1.90; bottle of water €4, etc. The fridge was full of more drink than the usual mini fridge.

Enjoyed my stay here. I had booked a Junior Suite with a balcony but after checking in, I noticed my room did not have a balcony. The whole reason I booked this place was because of the balcony which was advertised as a feature of the Junior Suite. The receptionist, Elisenda Hernandez, was very understanding and sorted me out with an upgrade to the Junior Suite Deluxe which had a big balcony. I was very happy with how quickly she sorted this for me. The room was very clean, modern and spacious. The TV location was perfect as it could be twisted to face you when in bed or on the sofa in the lounge area. It also had a microwave, handy for reheating any food brought back from restaurants. The breakfast was included and consisted of a buffet. As a Brit, I love my English breakfast, so I was glad to see English breakfast options. Very pleased. The dinner options were not great for people who don’t eat meat so I ended up eating dinner elsewhere each night. The hotel is in such a good location. You have a supermarket just a minute walk away, Yumbo shopping centre is about 5 mins walk away and the beach is less than 10 mins away. The sand dunes are also only about a 10 min walk away so you don’t have to worry about getting taxis or anything. Loved the location, the hotel and my balcony! I would never book a hotel without a balcony again - it’s so convenient and lets you enjoy the sun in your own private space. Exactly why I booked it in the first place.
