"Extremely poor service. Gave us a downgraded room and expected us to be okay with it. Told us rooms were subject to availability even though we booked the room about a month in advance. The two front desk employees were unapologetic, inhospitable and rude. "

"Had a really great stay at the Avenue of the Arts Costa Mesa. The whole place has a calm, artsy vibe, and the lake right next to it makes it feel super relaxing. The room was clean, comfortable, and nicely designed (the bed was especially great). Loved the location too—right by the Segerstrom Center for the Arts but still quiet. Also recommend grabbing a drink or dinner at the Silver Trumpet Restaurant & Bar—the lakeside setting is really nice, especially at night. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Shower is tiny and the water took forever to go down so I stood in it while showering, An additional fee of $28 to park on the property, and pool was closed without prior notification also the halls didn’t smell pleasant "

"Great hotel had to book last minute because a different hotel messed up my reservation. Staff was super nice and check in was easy. The beds were extremely comfortable and the balcony was a nice addition as well. Would highly recommend very affordable"

"There was ample parking and staff was nice but room was very dusty and bed was so old and uncomfortable. Would creak every time you moved and it rolled out of place if you leaned on the headboard when watching TV."
