The outdoor area, which is partly surfaced in stone, has green areas with high trees, parking area with space for 2 cars, and a large swimming pool. From the garden you can enjoy spectacular panoramic views of Lake Garda.

The villa features central heating, free Wi-Fi internet, satellite TV, washing machine and dishwasher; the furnishings are modern and comfortable.

Just a few minutes away by car are Garda, Bardolino, and many other beautiful spots, beaches, as well as restaurants and shops. Closest grocery store is just one minute driving distance.

The most famous amusement parks in Italy, Gardaland, the Parco Natura Viva in Pastrengo and the wonderful Canevaworld water park in Lazise are around 30 minutes away.
