Very beautiful cottage "Cascina MonteRosa", built in 1900, renovated in 2023, surrounded by vineyards. 3 apartments in the property. Outside the resort, 2 km from the centre of Costigliole d'Asti, in a sunny position on top of a hill. For shared use: natural state property 500 m2, garden (fenced) with flowers and trees, meadow, lawn for sunbathing, swimming pool (10 x 5 m, depth 150 cm, seasonal availability: 27.Mar. - 15.Oct.). Pool maintenance by the owner/gardener, parking at the house on the premises. Shop 2 km, supermarket 2 km, restaurant 600 m, bus stop 6 km. Golf course (9 hole) 11 km. Nearby attractions: Alba 25 km, Asti 20 km. Please note: car recommended. Not suitable for children under 16 years. The owner lives in the same residence. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.

In a breathtakingly beautiful area, M. and J. have built their dream, a renovated wine farm with two beautiful appartments. The finishing touches to the entire property are meticulous, and furnished with great taste. We enjoyed the two-person appartment, equipped with all conveniences. Wunderschönes Landhaus

Dieses Landhaus ist umgeben von Weinberger, mit traumhaftem Blick, bis zu den Alpen. Das Apartment ist sehr komfortabel und gut ausgestattet. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und steht immer mit Tipps zur Seite. Am Pool stehen für das Apartment zwei Liegen zur Verfügung. Die zwei Wochen die wir hier verbracht haben, waren perfekt.

Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung in traumhafter Lage

Wir waren zwei Wochen in der kleinen Ferienwohnung mit einem Schlafzimmer. Das Landhaus hat im EG zwei Wohnungen und oben wohnt die Vermieterin. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Der Sitzplatz vor der Wohnung ist sehr klein aber gerade ausreichend, um zu frühstücken. Am Pool stehen zwei Liegen zur Verfügung. Von dort hat man einen traumhaften Blick, bis zu den Alpen. Marijke, die Vermieterin stand einem immer mit guten Tipps zur Seite. Vielen Dank für die schönen Tage.
