Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. "Absolutely — here’s a warm, polished review that highlights all the things you loved: We had such a wonderful stay in Mallorca! The staff were absolutely amazing! From the front desk to the restaurant to the bar and the spa — so friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect and made it easy to enjoy everything the area had to offer. We especially loved the swim-up pool bar — such a fun and relaxing way to spend the day! The massage was also fantastic and the perfect way to unwind. Jesus was the best bartender. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Mallorca. We would happily stay here again!"

"The hotel is immaculately clean. All staff are pleasant and helpful. Meals are varied and plenty of choices for all diet requirements/preferences. There were no tea/coffee facilities in the hotel outwith the dining room and no kettle in the room. You cannot have a cup of tea when arriving late or leaving early. I was in a single occupancy room and the traffic noise from very early morning until late was loud and not relaxing even when wearing earplugs."
