"We arrived late due to delayed flight to the island and it was very dark as we entered the property. Although communication was sent to assist us with the location of our unit, we accidentally tried to access the wrong door, which woke up the property manager who was not very happy. We spoke with other guests who had a similar issue so perhaps the communication/instructions could be better. The unit was nicely furnished and had many provisions. "L’hôtel est idéalement placé, présente bien, et les chambres sont assez spacieuses. Par contre, nous avons eu un désagrément (douche froide pendant les 3 jours, VMC qui ne fonctionnait pas donc odeurs très désagréables, et lavabo bouché). "Lovely hotel in a great location. We loved the pool area and it also has a great little spa, although we didn’t get time to use it. The breakfast was a highlight with a great buffet variety and also fresh food cooked to order. Just a couple of things took away from the 5 star experience: the room l booked was with a balcony but the one got didn’t have one. Also there were times where it felt the hotel was understaffed, one time we waited at the pool bar for drinks and no one came to serve us...

"The hotel has a nice modern design and everything looks new and well maintained. The bedroom was stylish and comfortable overall, although the double bed was quite uncomfortable for two people sharing. The mattress was unstable, so whenever one person moved, the other moved too. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was not working during our stay and the room became very hot at night. We could not leave the windows open because of loud live music in the hotel courtyard. When we raised the issue, staff explained that the hotel system could only run either heating or air conditioning while they were transitioning between the two systems, and we were offered a fan instead. The gym is excellent and the views are very nice. Food was average — some items, like the croquetas, were served frozen, and a couple of our drinks never arrived. On the positive side, the staff were very friendly, professional, and well trained throughout our stay. The kids club was the highlight of the trip, and Jen was fantastic with the children."

"Hotel is lovely, clean, great location. Rooms are good, could do with a little fridge in them and the AC is temperamental. The ‘gym’ is just one bench and a couple of dumbbells/kettlebells. Enough to get a workout done however it is definitely not worth to be called a gym. The staff were great. If you’re looking for a nice quiet getaway then id avoid this place as it seems to be quite the hotspot for lads holidays, so very noisy and they were also disrespectful towards my partner. But obviously this is no fault of the hotel. "

"Great space with 3 pools, it wasn’t hot enough to use the unheated pools but the ground floor pool was lovely, with plenty of loungers too. Staff are attentive, especially the bar staff who were happy to provide cold water/ice. The rooms are very clean and housekeeping did a wonderful job. The breakfast had a good variety and gets rotated often due to how busy it is, large seating area so it doesn’t feel too overcrowded. Only downside was our neighbours were talking loudly on the balcony at 3/4am on the first night, which isn’t the hotel’s fault but maybe they could have intervened?"
