This was my first time visiting Macau and staying at another hotel and Andaz. I had a bad memory at the first hotel and moved to Andaz, but thanks to the clean room and friendly service, I was able to return with only good memories of Macau. I would like to especially thank "Yannie" and "Alex" for their kind explanations when checking in and for upgrading the room so that I could only have good memories. I would also like to thank "Justin" for having so much fun with my kids at the indoor pool. Because of the great facilities and friendly staff, I will definitely choose Andaz again the next time I visit Macau.

The check in staff Mandy Ma is friendly n helpful.As it is an anniversary celebration,she upgraded us to a suite room.Checked in is fast n smooth.Check in on 6th floor.Room facing construction, soundproofing not too good still got noises in morning

This is our first visit to Macau, and we stayed at Andaz for 3 nights. This is a convention centre hotel, with no casino. I recommend this hotel if you’re traveling with kids, and appreciate a more tranquil experience. The staff were top notch, very professional and extremely friendly & helpful (eg. helping with your luggage, elevator, room services, information). This is a sleek modern hotel, where you can get a large beautiful room for a comparatively great price. The best feature in my opinion is you get to use the Wave Pool & Lazy River in the Galaxy Hotel, where there are lots of other families with kids. However, if you’re looking for the “life of the party”, your taste would be the mainstays on Cotai, such as the Venetian a mere 12 mins walk away.

近くでショッピングが楽しめたり、レストランも豊富なんですが、ギャラクシー全体のモールから一旦出ないと行けない場所だったので、そこだけが少しだけ不便でした。ただ、無料のシャトルバスもあるので、何とかなると思います。ホテルの施設としては凄く良いです。宿泊者は世界一長い流れるプールも使えるので、その点も良いと思います。今回、雨&雷でクローズだったので行けず、非常に残念でしたが、次回行く機会があれば嬉しいです。

如要玩天浪淘園則不建議住

飯店不在主要銀河的八棟建築物之內，且連接的空橋設施尚未建好，所以你會有很大的機會需要穿著游泳衣穿過外面大馬路到達主樓，這點極為不便。入住時間表訂三點，但因遊客多人手少，三點半能拿到房間就不錯了。房間比想像中小，像香港的飯店而不像銀河其他飯店的房間，備品用得相當好，尤其是拖鞋

마카오 안다즈 호텔에서의 숙박은 정말 완벽했습니다. 직원들이 모두 매우 친절하고 응대가 빠르며, 전체적인 서비스 시스템이 체계적이고 잘 갖춰져 있어 불편함이 전혀 없었습니다. 객실과 공용 공간 모두 청결 상태가 훌륭했고, 특히 해피아워 운영이 무척 인상적이었습니다. 다양한 주류와 간단한 안주를 즐길 수 있었고, 분위기도 아주 좋았습니다. 조식 또한 수준급으로, 메뉴 구성이 다양하고 맛도 훌륭했습니다. 직원분들이 조식 때도 친절하게 안내해주셔서 편하게 식사할 수 있었습니다. 호텔 셔틀버스도 정기적으로 운영되어 이동이 편리했고, 전반적인 숙박 경험이 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 다시 마카오를 방문한다면 주저 없이 이 호텔을 선택할 것입니다.

子連れにとても良いホテルです。うちの幼い子供達は部屋入れて頂いたテントに大興奮。 プールもサイズのさまざまな救命胴衣、浮き輪があり子供が楽しく遊べる場所が沢山ありました。そして、ハウスキーピングからのお手紙。プールで遊ぶので眼鏡を置いていたら眼鏡ふきをサービスしてくれていました。 楽しい思い出をありがとうございました。
