"Wow wow wow! This place is something to behold, excellent courteous staff, I was worried about a language barrier but they were very helpful with communicating! They went over and above, it was a last minute reservation and upgraded us to a suite which blew us away! Probably the nicest room we’ve ever had and we’ve been around. "Everything is amazing about this hotel, the service, the room, the location and etc. if you’re coming to Macau I highly recommend, the room is gorgeous and huge. I had the king size suite and it was the nicest room I’ve stayed in Macau. Amenities were also all there. The in room massage is also excellent "
