This property was amazing, our son had the best time of his life. The buffet was spectacular, staff were friendly, the property was immaculate. It only received 4/5 stars as we stayed during the off season which were unaware off, so the water park outdoor and indoor were closed which limited our experience.

The W Studio city was a fantastic stay for us. On arrival we requested that they make our room feather free (for allergies) and they prepared our room in 2 hours time. Our family member with asthma had her first stay in Asia without symptoms. A truly great experience. The in-room dining was fresh and tasty. The breakfast buffet at Hawker Hawker was excellent. I would definitely come back. The mall in studio city was decent, with several options. A short walk to the Parisian and the Londoner.

Nice hotel, we checked in about 20 mins early and no problem. Upon learning it was my wife's birthday, they upgraded us to a better view room and sent over a nice cake. We had room service in the evening which was delicious, and the hotel breakfast in the morning was great too - lots to choose from and the quality across the board was pretty decent, which is rare for hotel breakfasts. Coffee could have been better though! Other than that had a great time - we went to Macau to visit TeamLab which was not too far away. There is a free shuttle to the Macau ferry pier or a bunch of other locations which made it easy

This was our first time visiting Macau, and we chose W Hotel to celebrate my wife’s birthday. From the moment we arrived, we were met with outstanding hospitality. A special thanks to the receptionist, who made our stay extra special by upgrading us to a beautiful suite room facing the Cotai Strip and the Eiffel Tower. Staying there for three nights was an absolute memorable treat, it was spacious, having a bathtub and a cozy living room, making our nights truly amazing. To top it off, she also arranged a complimentary birthday cake, a thoughtful touch that made the celebration even more memorable. The housekeeping team was equally wonderful, always friendly and attentive, ensuring our stay felt just like home. They even have daily turndown services. Our experience at W Hotel Macau was nothing short of exceptional, and we will definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit. Thank you W Hotel management for making our trip so special!

Average service, long waiting check in

For the start of the trip during arrival, the hotel made us wait around 1 hour to line up for check in, which was rather unpleasant as we had to just stand and wait, it is the first time I’ve experience this in a 5 star hotel. The room was fine as described during booking. During the stay, room service was ordered, food was good. However the waiter which bought the food to the room, a glass of Champagne was order during the service, however, rather due to inexperience waiter, he’s given less than a glass of champagne amount, which is rather feels like a scam for a small glass, which other high end restaurants with Michelin would rather have a more reasonable amount. During the stay was ok, until the next day. For our check out, yet had to line up for about 15 minutes until a staff came to ask about check out, that we could do quick check out if we did not have outstanding payment. Staffs at the check in lobby was rather not attentive, which cause a lot of unnecessary wait, overall the staffs cause a lot of other customers patience while my wait. I rather not recommend this hotel again if the service is provided this way. 직원들이 친절했어요 세심하고 편한하게 대해주셨구요~ 한가지 딱 한가지 단점은 침구가 안좋았어요 이불이 너무 무거워 힘들었어요 여행자에겐 좀 더 가볍고 포근한 이불이 필요해요 전 마카오에 이번 첫여행으로 8일동안 총 3곳의 호텔을 이용했는데 w마카오 이불은 제일 안좋았어요 교체하시길 적극 권합니다
