Our stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing. The service was very poor from start to finish. The phone number was not provides to contact the help desk, so whenever we needed assistance, we had to go downstairs to the front desk ourselves. The room was also not properly equipped. There were no bathroom doors. For the price we paid, we expected much better facilities and service. The hotel did not even include breakfast, and basic amenities such as slippers were not provided. Overall, the hotel was overpriced and failed to meet even basic expectations. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences we have ever had, and we would not recommend staying here.

Great location in Old Town. Apartment was spacious. There was an odd lack of outlets to charge devices and the ones that were there were not super conveniently placed. I appreciated that coffee grinds were provided for the drip coffee maker. Friday night there was quite a bit of noise audible from outside and I then understood why earplugs were provided. Overall would definitely consider again!

"There were homeless in right front of the hotel, which were creating unsafe environment for customers. Also key came without properly activated when we checked-in which makes us go all the way downstairs to activate again. Overall I would not prefer to book this hotel again!"
