Happy with our stay at this hotel outside of Hull. Parking availability and proximity to roadways influenced our choice. Somewhat remote location, but good restaurant onsite. Safe, quiet, clean, and pleasant staff.

Damp smell throughout, furniture and furnishing were very cheap and aged. Disappointed with the quality versus what was advertised. Very small shower/barhroom, squeezed in. Not a premium or executive stay, very basic flat. For the cost, a hotel room would be a better option.

This hotel is not in Cottinghsm village - it's a few miles out. Cottinghsm itself is a lovely village - have visited there before.

Cottingham town centre was really nice with three or four cracking pubs. Beverley was well worth a visit, lots of shopping especially the pedestrian area.
