After being buzzed into the hotel we waited over 20 minutes for staff to join us in the lobby to check us in.
Unfortunately there was no key card entry. Anyone coming in to the hotel had to ring the doorbell and wait for staff to buzz you in.
Otherwise friendly and helpful staff.
Spacious room with a sitting area but TV only in bedroom. So we never used the sitting room.
Hotel located within walking distance of Old San Juan. Fifteen minute walk to Plaza de la Colon.
Expedia asked us to rate the breakfast but we were not offered breakfast nor did we see a place in the hotel for breakfast.

Pros - bar/restaurant staff were friendly and helpful, convenient location steps from beach, nice decor.
Cons - stains on the wall in the bathroom and black mold on ceiling of bathroom (better attention needed to maintenance/cleaning), other staff (besides bar/restaurant) weren't very friendly

The hotel was great. The breakfast was very good but takes a little time as it is all cooked to order. It has two nice pools, one for the kids and another for others. The rooms and the main area are nice. Wish we spent more than one night there.
