"We were supposed to be 6, but it turned out to only be 5 of us. The property was a perfect home base for our late season golf trip. I took a nice hot outdoor shower on the last morning...I'm not sure it was 40 degrees out. It was great. If you are a coffee drinker you will want to bring some K Cups. All in all, we had a great time, and would definitely rebook in the future."

"The location defies description it is so beautiful. The water is steps away, there is ample sunny areas and plenty of shade too. Additionally there is shopping, dining and entertainment within minutes. Complete privacy as neighbors are barely visible. The house itself is clean, modern and comfortable. A well equipped kitchen, ample bedrooms and a large enough dining and gathering area for our entire party. I cannot recommend this home highly enough!"

"I loved this cottage so much. It had all the necessary amenities to make our stay comfortable. The neighborhood was adorable, steps from Johns Pond, which is beautiful and peaceful. We loved going out on the paddleboard and relaxing in the backyard. We walked to Dunkin' and Dino's and took a short drive over to Mashpee Commons. Great communication from the property management company, very easy check out. Will definitely plan to stay again! "

"My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our week long stay at the beautiful property. There were 12 of us and we were extremely comfortable, with plenty of space to gather and sleep. The property sits on a quiet pond, that was perfect for swimming and canoeing. We had our own little piece of paradise. There are canoes for use, several decks for lounging and was within a short distance to various shops and a grocery store just a few minutes away. The host was in constant contact with us, making sure we were happy and offered several times to assist us with whatever we needed. The view when you walk into the house was breathtaking. The location made us feel like we had our own little lake house, but was also within close proximity to everything we needed. This will be our house to stay in every Summer. "
