"Great single room for a solo trip. Kitschy and fun room decorations. Straw lampshade did catch my hair a little when I used the desk it was placed above but overall I enjoyed the tropical theme. Hotel is located directly opposite Balard station which is convenient if you need to get into the city centre. Bathroom and bed linen were pristine though the carpets were in need of a clean. All things considered, a great stay in a convenient location."

"This is a very quaint hotel in a square so little traffic noise. The elevator is very small only fit 2 people and 2 suitcases. It was about a 1/2 hour transit ride or 20 minute taxi ride to the opera house where you can find a lot of the tourist site seeing buses and tours. It is easy walking distance to restaurants, grocery store and pharmacy. The staff was super helpful especially Amin and front desk staffed 24 hours. Breakfast is a nice buffet with some good food choices if you don’t feel like wandering around to find something. If you feel like walking a green space parc montsouris was close by ( 15 minutes walk )and has walking/ running paths as well as water feature."

"Initial sign in and the room that was assigned was small and not acceptable to me. I complained about my room being so small and the baseboards were falling off. The shower was dark and dingy. I had no room to put my clothes away. The staff came and checked and immediately gave me a renovated room with modern fixtures and shower and a larger room with large enough closets. After that change I was a very happy camper. I liked the opportunity for the breakfast lunch and dinner. But not to my expectation for this hotel. I had to make my own eggs, the pancakes were cold along with their muffins. I had to use the warmer oven which did not work for me. The coffee machine had run out of cote lite and I had to drink warm milk instead. But thankfully the area was near Montparnasse which I used the Bullangerie for breakfast and the Atlantic cafe for dinner and another Italian restaurant around the corner. The location was great for going to Metro and the Trains. The breakfast fo $21 Eros was not with it."

"I had an amazing stay at this property! The neighbourhood is calm, quiet, and peaceful, making it the perfect place to relax after a day of exploring Paris. The bus and metro stops are conveniently located right in front, with plenty of lovely cafés nearby. The reception staff were absolutely outstanding—friendly, accommodating, knowledgeable, and fluent in English. The room was spacious, comfortable, and everything I could have asked for. I’m so happy I found this place! It will definitely be my go-to accommodation every time I return to Paris. Highly recommended for anyone looking for comfort, convenience, and excellent service. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Check in was smooth, all staff polite and welcoming. So close to all transport, lots of restaurants, takeaways and supermarkets a short walk away and overall a nice area to stay in. It’s a quiet residential corner of this part of Paris. The kitchen had everything needed microwave and stove very convenient, fridge a perfect size. I have stayed in the 13th just further down the road so knew the area was nice. Very convenient location. There was some low level cleaning in the room, bags left at the back of cupboards by previous guests and some cobwebs around the bathroom, the sheet had a small rip at one of the seams but nothing too sinister. Had a lovely stay and breakfast available if you’d like and the bar open all the time. 100% recommend if wondering where to stay in Paris."
