We stayed in room 840 and it was very pleasant. We had a view of the Eiffel Tower, it was truly magnificent. We loved our stay, but we still encountered a few problems. The shower did not work very well: sometimes the water was cold and, at certain times, the water stopped completely after a minute or less, so we couldn’t shower properly. In addition, the sink water was freezing and there was no hot water at all. I completely understand the purpose of saving energy and resources but this is something concerning and unacceptable to me.

We arrived very late to our hotel. It’s not close enough to walk to from the eiffel tower. However you can see the tower from our room. The front desk staff was very nice and welcoming. The breakfast staff was very nice too. The room was unique. It had a very nice balcony. You must have your own shampoo and conditioner. It was confortable for 1 night. PROS: price for location and balcony view CONS: not super clean, nor super dirty.

Close to Paris Expo Porte de Versailles; can walk down back way into Pavilion. Extremely convenient when our conference was at Pavilion 7. However, ECO hotel, not sure if that's why: only 1 towel entire stay for each person; didn't consistently clean each day; no cups in room; and sink was very slow to drain in bathroom. Bed was very comfortable, but pillows are too flat. Very spartan, no safe, just 4 hangars. Breakfast was not very good. The breads were tasty but scrambled eggs were bland. No youghurt, only cottage cheese and cream cheese. Coffee not good per my partner, I can't comment. Some trays and plates still had food bits. Staff were friendly and helpful. Overall, okay for being close to my meeting but for the price ... average at best.

Very nice Hotel

Booked this room for one night because of train schedules. It was amazing stay for my wife and I. We got upgraded room and the first thing we saw when we opened the room door was a window with the Eiffel Tower. Enough said. Great breakfast next morning for 12 euro each.

This property was great for our short stay in Paris. We booked a room with an Eiffel Tower view, which was amazing! The breakfast is also quite good. Recommend adding it to your package. Only complaint is that the rooms stay quite warm even with the air on and the wifi was down our entire stay.

The staff were lovely and rooms were clean and quiet. The restaurant was closed for a private event which I didn't know until I tried to eat there which was a shame as I wanted to eat quickly and go to bed. If I was told at check-in I could have grabbed something before I came back to the hotel. But otherwise was lovely.

Fine for a business trip

A typical no-frills business hotel suitable for business travelers. The rooms are basic and quite small, the breakfast is somewhat minimalistic, the lobby is small, and the four small elevators can leave you waiting for a while when it's busy. On the plus side, the staff is courteous and efficient, the prices are reasonable for the area during trade fairs, and it's convenient for accessing the Expo. If you're going for a business trip with realistic expectations, you shouldn't be disappointed.

Mediocre Stay.

Overall we had a good stay however this hotel wasn't the most family friendly and the service was hit or miss. The night we checked in there was a young individual behind the counter. He was very energetic and did what he could to make our checkin and stay enjoyable. The shared microwave and fridge in the lobby was not working and he helped us find alternatives. Other nights there were other individuals who looked like they could barely keep their eyes open and were completely apathetic to our situation. Honestly if you're going to stay here its probably because you have a conference near by. The room had a cool set up with bunk beds for our kids and the service staff in the breakfast and lounge are were really amazing. Outside of that overall mediocre stay.

We stayed for 4 nights and the room was just too hot… room 540. It never went down lower than 24 degrees. We followed all instructions then asked for maintenance. They did go but nothing happened. Maybe it’s just that room? Then they should fix it because it will result to reviews like this. No dust around the room bus very very dusty under sofa and bed. We are still giving 4 stars because all the staff were still very helpful especially front desk lady named ROKIN. She understood our ac problems that on our last day when I went down to the reception again regarding the AC, she just allowed us to sleep in another room. Comfortable enough before we checked out the following day. Overall, I would still recommend this hotel.

Where to start? Room was decent. But temperature keeps turning up, at one point it was 26C in the middle of the night, kept on adjusting but didnt help. Had to resort on opening our door just to get some cold air!!! We were sweating, to think it was autumn and mildly raining. Front desk staff was neither helpful nor friendly, I guess french is notorious for that. I understand its not a high starred hotel, i would consider it in between a hotel and a hostel, but just the basic things are left unattended, room at first night was smelling with sewage that lingers around the room, thank goodness after passing water for few minutes in the shower, lavatory and toilet bowl, the smell reduced to tolerable state. They offer to fix it while we are checked in instead of providing us a better working room. I guess thats the catch if you book with 3rd party app such as hotels.com. I would not recommend Eklo if your just sleeping for the night as you needed that comfortable, blissful sleep to recharge you the next day. I guess, again, maybe it was just our room, well too bad for us. Even a simple 'do not disturb' sign we ask from the reception was never delivered and because of that our sleep was disturbed by the housekeeping opening our room while we are asleep, half naked because of the heat and exhaustion. Again, were to complain if everything I've mentioned above was never addressed in the first place. Hotel looks new but service was sub par, I would look for other hotels if you can.
