Very good for the money I chose this property as a solo traveller for the balcony so I could sit in the sun and unwind. It was lovely, big bed, good kitchen. Only drawback was the bathroom needed updating a bit. Good restaurants and shops nearby not far from the metro. I would definitely go back I enjoyed my stay. Very spacey room

Great location & quiet location

The hotel was in a great location, just 2 minutes walk to the nearest bus stop and after 10 minutes we reached the metro line 4 and got to visit so many places with the unlimited travel pass. Clean hotel, nice staff, 24hours entry with your card/key.

I can’t say enough about this hotel. It was clean. Staff were super nice. Very helpful. Being predominantly English speaking, it was a smooth interaction with the staff. Perfect location away from the tourists. Convient to the metro that takes you into the heart of Paris. I will definitely stay here again. 5 stars.

8-night stay superb!

We had a lovely stay! The studio was a little small but clean and really had everything my friend and I needed! The beds could be together for a couple or separated into 2 twins. The buffet style breakfast and unlimited coffee was organic and very affordable at 10 euros! One of the best hotel breakfasts I’ve had! They even gave us a welcome gift with pasta and sauce, cookies, chips, cider. Staff was friendly and helpful and the Aldi nearby had cheap groceries & wine!! Would definitely stay again!

My spouse and I stayed at Séjours & Affaires Malakoff for three nights. It was a perfect location with easy access to public transit, including the subway. The centre of Paris is only minutes away, without the nosebleed prices in the heart of Paris. We didn't feel like the location was a compromise and having previously stayed in the heart of Paris on many occasions truly enjoyed the community vibe of Malakoff. As for the hotel itself, it's a mixed bag. On the positive side, staff at the hotel were friendly and very accommodating. Our room had the most comfortable bed; I've stayed in many hotels and for me this was near the top in comfort. The room had a great balcony as well, spacious and inviting where we could sit back and truly enjoy a glass of wine away from the tight surroundings of the room. On the downside, the hotel room was a bit tired, very basic and in definite need of a refresh. It had a bit of a dorm room feel. Although we had a small kitchen area, it wasn't particularly well equipped. Most notable, on our first night there we picked up a bottle of wine, and it being France, was corked. It being France I assumed the room, equipped with a kitchen and wine glasses, would also have a corkscrew. Nope. I went to the front desk which could also not provide me with a corkscrew, nor was one available in the breakfast room. No option left but to go out and buy one. Although the staff was sincerely apologetic, this is more of a management issue in my mind.

My money was never returned from my cancelation- WHAT ARE YOU GOING TO TO DO ABOUT THIS! This place is only from a 2 to 3 star. Clean beds by dirty curtains and poor shower, bad shower curtain and moldy corners in the shower.

I had a cancelation through you and they said they NEVER RECEIVED IT, i.e., I never received my money back. Instead of placing 4 of us into 2 rooms the 1st night, they gave us each a room. WE HAD NO CHOICE because I could not clarify with them. I have a confirmation with you about cancelation BUT I NEVER RECEIVED MY MONEY BACK! I'm disappointed of YOU Hotel.com and this place in Paris. Dirty shower and very chunky dusty curtains. See photos!

We're very tired after this holiday.

Oh well, you get what you pay for. We couldn't sleep well, very noisy place. Cleaning service was banging the door non stop, also the customers. The noise was coming from outside when was windy, you could hear banging something, not sure what, some metal piece I guess, even at 3am. So loud. Last morning we could hear some renovation upstairs from 9am until 12,so annoying!!!!! Noise at night, noise in the morning. The good thing was heating in the bathroom and cheap price. The heating in the room didn't work properly. The shower curtain was not wide enough so we had to clean wet floor non stop. Cleaning is not provided, no toilet brush provided... No fresh towels. I was happy to leave this place. We won't be back even for free. The ladies at the reception were nice.

Pas grand-chose à redire sur la chambre et l’accueil. Grande chambre et personnel agréable. En revanche très mauvaise expérience au petit déjeuner une salle toute petite et bondée de monde. Nous ne savions pas où nous mettre les tables n’étaient pas débarrassées, il n’y avait plus de tasse disponible et compliqué d’en avoir d’autre… le buffet était quasiment vide, on s’attend à mieux pour le prix …

La chambre est compacte, mais comprend tout ce dont on a besoin en terme de meubles. Le seul souci était l’absence d’air climatisé, ce qui n’est pas idéal en condition de canicule… mais un ventilateur était mis à notre disposition. Bien que nous sommes arrivés d’avance, l’accueil s’est assuré de nous parvenir avec une chambre dès notre arrivée, ce qui était très apprécié. Très bon service, merci!
