This is a low cost hotel in central Paris that is convenient for Gare du Nord train station. It is far from the best hotel I have ever stayed in, but for the price and location I have scored it very highly. I only stayed for one night with my kids after a late train from London, and we departed the next day on route to the Alps. For that type of trip it was the perfect hotel - we just needed a bed. A quick shout out to the staff who were very friendly and welcoming.

Personal in the front desk were helpful, hotel location is very good, but the hotel rugs were very neglected, very old and dirty.

Rooms are outdated and dirty. There were alot of ants. Bed and pillows were soo uncomfy. Room is tiny. Shower is annoying. Good location though and surprisingly quiet street.

The communal area is scruffy but the room was very clean and was big for Paris too The hotel is 5 minutes walk from Paris Nord station We dumped our bags and stayed for 1 night before leaving first thing in the morning; it was perfect for that!

Better sleep under a bridge instead
By far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. Imagine the worst cheapest indian hotel costing less than a euro a night. This hotel was worse. The bathroom had mould growing on the walls, and part of the door had already rotten.

My room was clean so as the sheets the front desk were very nice and friendly uva and mohamed thank you.the location was great walking distance..however the hotel needs some renovation big time the carpet was dirty...for sure the hotel needs some make over ....

This hotel should not rate itself as a 3-star hotel; this is the whole reason why I picked this hotel. I should've known from the moment I saw the lobby, old, dirty, lapidated. The carpet in the hallways and room dirty. I was afraid of staying there, when we checked in the front desk person went on a rant about America and capitalism. Drf never going back and Expedia should def review the rating of this hotel. I ended up staying 2 of 4 nights reservation (1 night I arrived at 01:30hrs and next day I didn't find anything within similar budget - I did end up paying USD225 per night at another 3-star hotel further away). Happy to provide photos
