Отель выбрали из-за удобного места расположения, на сайте стояло 4 звёзды, а на самом деле ни одной. Соответственно и состояние- ужастное((( Одна из наших подруг, заказала номер с завтраком. Но на момент регистрации на рецепшине сказали, что завтрак не включён. Когда закончилось проживание, при выезде, вдруг оказалось что завтрак был включён. Плюс к этому,у неё же в номере, во время дождя, протекал потолок, вода лилась ручьём. За данные инциденты,даже не извинились. Сантехника, мебель в очень плохом состоянии. Я понимаю, что цена не самая высокая, но рядом находятся отели с 3 звёздами по той же цене, но состояние на много лучше. Единственный плюс - это русскоговорящие работники на рецепшине, которые в меру своих возможностей готовы помочь.

The room needed a total makeover especially the furniture and carpet ( it looks over used not antique! Worst than a cheaper motel you can find in US!) and the night staff seems trained to hassle customers it’s like being a customer you got the burden of the proof) . It’s just a place to crash not a place for a vacation you picture for Paris the advertisements is not what it is.

Séjour parfait de 3 jours et d'y passer le cap de l'an 2020 était l'apothéose. Hotel super bien placé pour la visite de Paris. Personnel super sympa et serviable. Chambre très correcte dans son décor parisien.

L’hotel si trova in un’ottima posizione ma la struttura non è come da foto. Sarebbe bello ma non c’e alcuna manutenzione...a partire dalla hall fino ad arrivare alle camere. Nella nostra camera avevamo la sedia, il divano e la cappelliera della lampada rotte, le pareti e moquette sporche e il canale tv in italiano senza audio. Il bagno un po’ meglio peccato che il wc era attaccato alla porta... Per quanto riguarda la pulizia abbastanza bene, cambio asciugami e set cortesia ogni giorno. Personale comunque cortese anche se non parlano e neanche si sforzano di capire un parola di italiano.

Great service at the reception - all the staff very engaged, friendly and helpful. Plenty of treats for my young daughter when we checked in. The hotel is in a very convenient area and even with the general strike we managed to get around and see all the main sights. It is also in a relatively quiet area which is unusual in Paris, but take earplugs anyway! The facilities are basic - but the breakfast was more than plentiful. All good.

Not very good.

The hotel seems very old. I sort of liked the old decor in the lobby but the rest of the hotel was very run down. We actually got upgraded to a larger "suite" but besides the bathroom, which was nice, the room was old, dirty, and rundown. The carpet was stained, the walls were stained, but the mini bar was stocked with decent goods. The view was not good (just another old building), but the most important part was the lack of cleanliness. The hotel needs to be updated with fresh paint and carpets at least. The bathroom was nice, but the shower had no curtain; in fact, it was a bathtub with a detachable shower head. We actually stayed another night in a different hotel nearby that was much much better.

Dans un premier temps , nous avons été logés chambre 207 : lugubre , minuscule donnant sur une étroite et profonde cour intérieure. Nous avons demandé à changer et nous avons été installés chambre 202 nettement mieux !! Grande fenêtre donnant sur la rue de l'Arcade , toilettes exiguës mais séparées de la salle de bain , chambre de bonnes proportions . Le rapport qualité prix , l'emplacement de l'hôtel sont excellents !

Chambre très spacieuse et literie confortable Décor ancien voir "vieillot" mais convient au style manoir. La fenêtre de la salle de bain ne ferme pas (chambre 301) La moquette au sol fait des plis on se prend les pieds dedans, il y a de la poussière sur les poutre apparentes.

冷蔵庫が作動していなく滞在中使えませんでした。フロントにその旨伝えましたが最後まで何も変わらず。 ただお土産に買った物は預かって冷蔵してもらえましたが冷蔵庫あるのを目当てで予約したので残念でした。 部屋にスリッパがなく不自由でしたがチェックアウトの際にバックヤードにスリッパ見かけたので言えば貰えたのか？ 場所はマドレーヌ寺院の近くでとても便利です。

De locatie vh hotel is goed (meerdere metro-stations en RER op loopafstand (Madeleine 200m) Opera etc Hop on Hop off stops (200m). Maar met de locatie is ook alles gezegd. Hotel is vies, niet onderhouden, meeste personeel geven je geen warm welkom, muv de dames van het ontbijt; Super attent (ontbijt zelf simpel, duur, niet veel vers eo gezond). Ventilatiesysteem is centraal, gekoppeld aan alle ruimtes in het hotel, heel smerig en heel slecht; er werd gerookt (door gasten op hun kamers?) en lucht van sigaretten walmt door t hele hotel, de kamer stonk gigantisch naar rook en stof, oud, vocht (mijn zoon werd hier benauwd). Vocht van badkamer-gebruik wordt niet geventileerd/werkt niet, lekker vochtig in je kamer. Stopcontacten die uit de muur hingen met losse stroomdraden (en muurbekleding id kamer is van stof; brandgevaar, geen of niet-werkende rookmelders. Als je lekker wilt roken op de kamer is dit een tophotel. Tapijt van stof op de kast, in de hoeken etc. (Ik had een verzoek gedaan om de kamer extra goed schoon en stofvrij te maken ivm astma en allergie van mijn zoon, helaas). De lift die naast de meeste kamers is gesitueerd maakt enorme herrie, alsof er sloopwerkzaamheden plaatsvinden, dag en nacht; meerdere keren wakker iedere nacht, rechtop in je bed, heel erg. Wij waren gesloopt na 3 nachten in dit hotel. Tapijt in de kamer en overal heel vies en versleten, muffe lucht. Kozijn badkamer (kamer 211) was een stuk hout afgebroken, uitstekende grote houtsplinters. Toiletbril

Good location to train station

Short walk the train station which was my main reason for choosing this hotel. Staff was very kind and helpful. Only slight downside was that the hotel needed some updating.
