Front desk staff unfriendly and somewhat rude. We put sign to clean room and left in the morning and returned around 3:00 PM and room was still not clean. I called service desk and he apologized and said they’re just too busy and will come by 5:30PM. When they did show up we had to leave the room and wait for them to finish. Unacceptable!!!!!

Property was very clean. The rooms were nice and spacious offered me a upgrade where my key didn’t work to the room the first time close to the Willis Tower with a lot of food. Options would stay again.

At check-in there was a high security deposit fee of $100.00 a night. After checkout we received a receipt for an additional charge of $34.95 a nightfor something called Nightly Service Fee. In addition there was a state sales tax of $3.58 and a service tax of $0.35 per night which added up to a total addition of $116.64 to what I pre-paid for. three nights. I am not happy.
