"Loved the location, quiet and lovely grounds. Was quite far from any towns, so if that is important, it might be something to consider. Not enough towels. Tiny kitchen area. All bedrooms and the only bathroom were all up a huge flight of stairs and the beds were very uncomfortable. Very pricey for what was offered. Would get unaffordable quickly if you stayed for very long. But it was a lovely home in a lovely area and very quiet and clean. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and wished we had booked longer. Kate ans Sam went above and beyond with their amazing property. We ate every last scone Kate made and loved reading about her recipes. There were tons of towels and bedding. The beds were very comfortable. It was a bonus to have shower gel and items we may have forgotten. They thought of everything when putting this guest house together. "

"We had a brilliant few days here. Gorgeous house equipped with all the mod cons you could wish for - enough tvs and WiFi to keep teenagers happy - even an airfryer! The grounds were beautiful and our dog had a wonderful time exploring them. We enjoyed tennis and the lovely riverside walks a few minutes walk away. Quiet and peaceful but close to main towns.
