"This is an excellent hotel. The staff are very helpful and friendly. We had an amazing stay. When we arrived early, we were given our room well in advance of the check in time. The room was lovely and was serviced every day. The breakfast at the hotel was fantastic. It is also situated on the most beautiful grounds. We loved everything about this hotel. There were unfortunately some guests who were quite rude to the staff and in general, but the staff remained very polite. There’s no excuse for this behaviour, however. The hotel is fantastic and operates very well while it’s dining room is under renovation. Not far to the marvellous Black Bull Inn & the hotel staff are very helpful on all fronts. Top class. Highly recommend it. We will definitely return. "

"The photos don't do the property justice. It is gorgeous! One mile from the beach which was also lovely. The only negative was that there was no dinner available so we had to walk to a market for sandwiches. Otherwise it was perfect, including the family of ducklings under our window. "
