"Rooms were amazing, grounds beautiful, food amazing but my god the staff were so poor. Table service was slow as can be, never asked room numbers at breakfast, just sit where you like, ordered tea, when it came, no cups, then no milk, there was no bread left at the toaster and no plates. Ordered a second pot of tea that never came. Ordered breakfast to our room which never appeared and when we rang reception to inquire, couldn't get an answer. Hotel itself is perfect but whatever is going on with staff needs sorting and then it would be everything it can be."
