Location wise to visit Disneyland is perfect, train station is 5 mins walk from the apartment but we decided to walk to and from the park each day, 20 mins max with a 8 and 10 year old in tow. "The flat was just right for us. It couldn't be closer to a Metro station and there were plenty of places to eat or buy food in close proximity. I would have given 5 stars for check-in, too, but we found the previous renters were leaving at our 3 pm arrival time, so we had to wait for the flat to be cleaned. That happened quickly, though. "We very much enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were looking for a larger bed and a larger shower and this was perfect. We didn't do any cooking other than our breakfasts, but it was very well equipped if you wanted to. No elevator, but Oliver was kind enough to give me some assistance with my bag. Bakery is on the corner and a nice grocery store right on the next street. Short walk to metro stations and lots of restaurant choices."

"The apartment was as described. On the third floor, but not difficult to reach (even though I am on crutches). In Paris one does not expect apartments to be spacious, but this was more than adequate for two. (For four it might be rather cramped). All the facilities that we required. "Our stay here was good overall. The host Marco and his partner Dennis were very accommodating. "After a week long cruise around the British Isles, we came to a Paris to visit some friends. The property was perfect for our needs. It was definitely a struggle to get 2 large suitcases and 2 carryon bags up the stairs the night we arriver, but it was fantastic after that. The owner had everything labeled and a fantastic book with all the details, both in French and English, which was so helpful. "Property is new and modern. Excellent choice for families. Not the best part of Paris but the area seemed like coming up. It was more budget friendly so you can use your savings on lodging to Uber around in Paris. One thing I can say is that the breakfast is not worth the money. If you can walk a little, there's this excellent bakery called 'Boulangerie Honorin'. A lot better for breakfast."
