"Great stay with secure parking "

"Great staff at front desk, offered assistance explaining parking areas and regulations for its use. Breakfast offered good variety and was well done. "

"Parking was really safe, weird hours for reception opening and closing and it was a little tricky to get in once the reception is closed. Good for a journey south as a quick stop over. Halls smelt of damp but the rooms were clean and nice. No option for a evening meal and bar service closed at 8pm, but some nice options in walking distance. I would bring essentials e.g snacks and drinks with you."

"Good location, easy parking and clean room. Food menu was poor and the bar area is more like a nightclub. "

"Had to wait at reception for staff to appear! Rang bell 3 times. Knocked on door marked private. Called out. Phoned property, rang in front of me - no one answered. Sent message. Finally someone arrived from one of the hallways but passed us and went into breakfast room with out saying anything. Then came back out to check us in. No apologies. Also we paid for breakfast but next morning my husband was very sick, had been up all night vomiting, so I had breakfast alone and did not get refunded for my husbands breakfast! "
