"The hotel is ideal for skiing and is essentially a ski in/ski out property with a very short walk from the back of the hotel to the gondola. There is a ski rental at the entrance to the hotel. The staff is very nice. However, the hotel is a little worn and could use some updating. The elevator is small and outdated; have to push down button even when going up leading to much inefficiency with people getting on for both directions. Exceptional service and convenience
"Amazing stay, service in particular was exceptional. All the staff were pleasant to interact with and were always happy to assist. We made good use of the complimentary taxi service within Courchevel 1850 and the breakfast buffet was 5 star quality as you would expect. The independent in-house ski shop and Concierge service just made hitting the sloped or reserving restaurants convenient."
