We loved this charming boutique hotel; it has everything you would expect from a four-star hotel and is perfectly located in the town. We used the underground car park, which was very convenient. A special word for the very helpful Staff; they quickly changed our room when the TV didn’t work in the first room and were always helpful and cheerful. The pool and spa facilities listed on the Expedia page were not available during my stay. The wifi on the 4th floor simply does not work. I mentioned this to 2 different staff members who seemed to know about the issue, and unintersted in finding a solution. "

"A good location next to a shopping center. Clean and relatively new. The only reason for a lower score is our request in the morning to clean the room before 2 PM when we come back with the baby for a nap. The person we asked this from was the hotel manager and he refused to make the effort. We came back at 2 and it was still dirty so we told them not to come that day. With such a large cleaning staff they could have easily made us happier."
