    Bad communication. Two week before check in date, a cleaning lady sent message asking for €15 for each person for linen. She sent a outdated video for entering the apartment. We waited two hours at the door could not enter the door because the video was outdated. No formal email for instruction of key. Called property manager but he was rude and shown none apology. The apartment is fine but PM was too bad. Avoid it.
