"There were some minor maintenance issues, which were remedied immediately. The staff were friendly and the location is perfect, as shopping, dining, coffee spots are literally around the corner! The cleanliness of the rooms was good with room for some improvement - although this was not enough to marr the experience in any way :)"

"Lovely clean apartment, with beautiful views, and a great pool area. We were very sad to leave. It is a bit of a steep walk up and down the hill, but it’s short, and going round Grant Street as opposed to Wharf Street is much easier on the way back. Pool area is delightful and almost always was quiet, which really suited us.A bit of noise from the bar but very faint unless you are on the balcony, and even then it’s not obnoxious. Very close to all the hustle and bustle, bars, restaurants, marina, etc. if you prefer quiet would recommend the 4 mile beach side of the town. Right next to the Sunday markets which are a must do, especially the fresh coconut with banana. Hope it’s not another 15 years between visits."

"We absolutely loved the location of this place. We have stayed in Port Douglas before but this was our favourite spot by far! It was comfortable, gorgeous views and appreciated that the pool was heated. Anthony (who was staying upstairs) was super helpful and respectful of our space. It was very quiet. We would definitely stay again! The only thing to make sure you are aware of if travelling with young kids is that the master bedroom is very separate from the other bedroom. I realise the floor plan was included in the photos but didn’t realise that the section in the middle is open air and can be accessed from the driveway by glass pool fencing (with no lock). This meant we had to lock the kids in the main part of the accomodation (that did not include our bedroom) at night. We bought a baby monitor and this fixed the problem but would be good to note for anyone staying and worried about security. "
