"Parking area was great. There were stores /restaurants close by. The hotel itself was very clean and well kept. This is one of the most important things for me. The only issue we had was no shower curtain. Check in / Check out was easy. Staff were create. No major complaints."

"Very friendly staff. Room was spotless and comfortable but bathroom is a little outdated and shower faucet doesnt work correctly but we were able to manage anyways. The elevator is very small,hard to fit the family with a hockey bag in hand but we just laughed and made it part of the memory. Breakfast was the usual offering, but they did seem able to keep it stocked for the group size staying at the hotel. We are pretty simple people, so none of this bothered us."

"The room was clean and spacious, and the staff were amazingly friendly and accommodating. I called the front desk around 9:15 a.m. to ask what time breakfast ended, and they said it had ended at 9 a.m.—but they kindly offered to still serve us since the breakfast staff would be there until 10:30. We thought we were just lucky, but the way they plated and packed the food so beautifully proved otherwise. It wasn’t luck—it was true customer service! Thank you!"

"From the moment we arrived, we felt we were at a magical hotel that was so warm and cozy. Staff are wonderful and very helpful. Our room was really nice and we enjoyed staying there. The room had dishware to use and you get a daily refresh. (No seafood allowed.) Breakfast is in a very cozy dining room. We would have preferred it open earlier but it is worth waiting for. Each day there is a special event like tea and cookies in the evening or something equally enchanting. We would highly recommend to all our family and friends."

"Only stayed the 1 night but will be back again to stay , had everything you need to stay a week or more. Washer and dryer in cottage. "
