"At the time of reservation there was no restriction on check in times so I arrived at 1 am and the reception was closed because it closes at 12 am. I called emergency number and the wanted that I'll wait till 8am. I didn't agree and demanded to provide the room. After long conversation he called another woman and she told me which room I can take. So check in information provided by hotel isn't correct. The hotel overall is ok, clean rooms, not so many amenities, the parking inside the hotel, the complimentary breakfast was good enough, a/c in the room doesn't cool enough"

"We had a lovely stay at Hotel Hesperia during our first trip to mainland Spain, where we were attending a wedding in the region. Before check-in, we were offered a great-value upgrade to a terrace room, and it exceeded our expectations. We were pleasantly surprised to have the entire corner terrace to ourselves, with beautiful mountain views. It was definitely worth the upgrade! The hotel was easy to find, and there were plenty of great brunch spots within walking distance. We also appreciated the 24/7 vending and hot drinks machines in the lobby, which were really handy for snacks and drinks. Our room was cleaned daily, with the bed made and amenities restocked each day. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, particularly when explaining how the laundry service worked. The only slight disappointment was the laundry service. My partner’s suit jacket was considered too delicate to wash or press, so it wasn’t done, although we weren’t charged for it, which was appreciated. My partner’s shirt was pressed and charged for, but unfortunately it still had some noticeable creases afterwards. Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and would happily recommend Hotel Hesperia. If you have the chance, the terrace room upgrade is absolutely worth it!"
