This is one of the best, most spacious and comfortable hotels I’ve stayed at, with the most incredible service you will ever find. Special shout out to “Alberto”, he welcomed us and made us feel at home, same with “Saray”, always a smile on her face. Super special shout out to “Marcos”, WOW!!! I won’t give specific details about the circumstances because he did so much for us in such a short time, all I can say is the level of customer service and professionalism he displayed was far beyond what anyone could expect, going out of his way to help us. This hotel is comfortable, rooms are ample and very clean, it’s situated in a very central location, food was very good and fresh at breakfast and the restaurant very good too.
